2016 Audi A3 Saloon Spotted with Partial Camouflage

While the changes are not going to be phenomenal, the 2016 Audi A3 Saloon will receive a facelift next year which is expected to include some exterior changes and new technologies being integrated into it.

For existing owners, it doesn’t warrant enough reason to change their vehicle unless they are an ardent fan of the A3 and would want a better version of the same car rather than going for some other model. For new buyers, this should be reason enough. From the partially camouflaged version of the 2016 Audi A3 Saloon that we spotted, it is obvious that the design changes are extremely subtle and it is really tough to find at first look.

If there is something prominent about this new vehicle, it is the redesigned front grille. The slats are much more prominent that it used to be in the old model and the lights have been revamped to make it look catchy. On the back of the car, the tail lights have received some modification, but it is extremely mild that you may not spot it at all.

The spy shots didn’t reveal the interiors of the 2016 Audi A3, but it won’t be long as the company is looking forward to showcase the vehicle during a prominent auto show next year. Given the fact that Audi is going with subtle changes, it is expected that the interiors of the car will remain largely unchanged so as to provide people with an experience they are already comfortable with. The software will receive an updated version while the virtual cockpit based on the MQB platform from A4 should make its debut in the A3.

After all, the car has been left out for a long time and it is the duty of the manufacturers to make sure they offer the same experience to their loyal customers on their entire range of vehicles. The version will be available in petrol and diesel variants despite the emission issues that are making the rounds.

Volkswagen has confirmed that they will be giving due compensation to every last customer who got affected by the claim and things should be back to normal once the fixed cars start rolling out to its respective owners. Audi may take its own sweet time to talk about the A3 2016 Edition, but it won’t be a long wait as rumors claim the car will reach the dealerships in the third quarter of 2016.
