2016 Chevrolet Camaro Gets Official Pricing, Scheduled for Late 2015 Launch

The 2016 Chevrolet Camaro is one of the most anticipated cars because the luxury sedan is quite affordable when compared to its counterparts and has received plenty of upgrades.

People who are planning to buy one may not have to wait longer because the company has confirmed that it will be made available towards the end of 2015. While official sources claim it is late 2015, those who have inside information revealed that the new Camaro will hit dealers in the month of October. The pricing of the vehicle is $26,695, which includes the delivery charges. The cost is for the entry level variant of the 2016 Chervolet Camaro LT while other variants will be priced a bit higher. You don’t have to pay the $995 to get it delivered to your location and thankfully, the delivery charges remain the same for every model.

With an entry level pricing, it is obvious that you can’t expect exponential hardware on the car. The Camaro LT is powered by a 2.0 liter four cylinder engine which delivers 275 horsepower and a decent, 295 pound feet of torque. If you are a demanding driver, go for the V-6 Camaro which delivers an impressive 335 horsepower with 284 lb ft of torque. The variant is priced at $28,190.

The models don’t end there because Chervolet has a Camaro SS which is powered by the high end V8 engine. It has a 6.2 liter LT1 V8 engine which delivers a mammoth 445 horsepower coupled with a 455lb ft of torque. The car will set you back by $37,295, which includes delivery charges. All the variants of the 2016 Chevrolet Camaro will be launched this year except for the convertible, confirmed GM Motors. The luxury end variant has been scheduled for a 2016 launch, which will also include a turbo four variant to choose from.

Compared to the previous generation model, the new Camaro is approximately $2000 higher, but given the better interior design, improved performance and quality of the vehicle justifies the increase. Besides, the manufacturer confirmed that the new technology will enable the customers to easily sync their devices with the vehicle, while its sturdy build on lightweight materials will have significant impact on drive control as well as fuel economy.
