The 2016 Nissan Titan XD is officially out and is available for purchase in dealership stores across United States.
Launching the vehicle took more time than expected, but it has come as a surprise with the right pricing and lots of trim line variants to choose from. The basic variant is available for $41,485, which is named as Model S. If you are ready to spend on luxuries and own the most sophisticated Titan, be ready to shell out a higher price tag of $61,715 for the highest trim line variant.
Power is handled by the 5.0-liter V-8 turbodiesel engine mounted in the Titan XD, which delivers an amazing 310 horsepower and 555 lb feet of torque. Most opt for a truck for rugged road conditions and to overcome hazardous situations with ease which the new launch from Nissan should solve efficiently with its amazing horsepower. Apart from its performance, the manufacturer has also focused on its interiors.
The vehicle is equipped with a 5-inch color display which allows you to control the infotainment system. It uses a six speaker surround system which within the limited space should be amazing, offering you an aural experience like never before. There’s also support for USB, step rails made of shiny aluminum material and front seats which are manually adjustable.
The other variants are the SV Trim which is priced at $45,255 and the SL Trim priced at $53, 225. The former offers Sirius XM Satellite radio, has Siri Eyes free tech and uses power mirrors with turn signals integrated into them. The latter model uses a better 12 speaker surround sound system made by Rockford Fosgate, uses 20-inch alloy wheels and has a bigger 7-inch touchscreen display to navigate through your favorite songs.
All-wheel driving is what makes a complete truck. The 2016 Nissan Titan XD doesn’t offer it by default on its variants. Buyers can choose to pay anywhere between $2,950 and $2,050, in order to make the trim line of their choice into an all-wheel drive vehicle. The Pro-4X is the professional and highest trim line priced at $52,165.
Its unique features include skid plates, off-road tires, shock absorbers from Bilstein and electronic locking rear differential. Buyers can also choose any of the premium paint colors for a trim line of their choice by paying $395 as additional costs. Apart from the Titan XD, Nissan has two more models in the same lineup ready for launch in the following months.
