The brand has confirmed that the 2017 Citroen C4 Picasso will be available for purchase from next month onwards.
Official pricing has been confirmed for the UK region.
The car will be priced at £19,635 in the United Kingdom. With the new 2017 edition, Citroen ushers in better design, new styling and better technological features in the MPV. The C4 Picasso is expected to be the big competitor to take down the Renault Scenic.
Buyers can choose between a five-seater C4 Picasso and a seven-seater Grand C4 Picasso. It’s purely an individual choice based on the space and seating you require for daily use. The outgoing models are priced slightly lower than the new 2017 edition. With plenty of changes, it isn’t surprising that the manufacturer has to price the new model higher than the previous one.
A brand new front bumper adorns the front fascia which seamlessly ends with the C-shaped fog light surrounds. The front grille is wider and has a broad, solid shape accentuated by chrome strips on the sides. The rear end of the 2017 Citroen C4 Picasso uses a 3D effect LED taillight along with the official badge.
The new edition has a black two tone roof color while people who go for the seven-seater grand variant can choose a silver color tone for the roof bars. The five-seat model uses 17-inch Mamba alloy wheels. Color variants available with the 2017 C4 includes Cumulus grey, Lazuli Blue and Soft sand. Each one of them is unique and offers buyers multiple choices so that they can settle for the color tone they love the most.
A comfortable ride is ensured by the extra support headrest, blue cloth upholstery and a cool perfume dispenser. The seats are adorned with Nappa leather and the same material can be found in the upholstery as well. LED reading lights allow comfortable reading on the go especially when there are seven passengers on board and there are rear sunblinds.
The 2017 Citroen C4 Picasso is equipped with a satellite navigation system connected to the infotainment system and a safety kit. Safety features include lane departure warning, active cruise control, auto braking within city limits, driver attention alert, speed limit recognition, tiredness warning system and blind spot monitoring. The car also has active cruise control for a comfortable ride.
The powertrain used in the 2017 model will produce close to 128 horsepower and is mated to a six speed automatic gearbox system. A petrol engine powertrain is offered only with the five-seater C4 Picasso.
