GMC has a host of special edition cars and the Terrain Nightfall edition is one such addition to the lineup. Like many other cars in the series, this one boasts of luxurious features and technologies to make customers happy. The car uses 18-inch aluminum wheels which are accentuated with gloss black spokes. The color tone syncs the vehicle with the overall design goal the automobile manufacturer is aiming to achieve. The same has been used in the rear fascia, the exterior mirrors, luggage rails and the license plate.

Nightfall Edition will be available with the SLT and the SLE-2 models. There are four different exterior color options being offered by GMC. The list includes crimson red metallic, graphite gray metallic, onyx black and summit white. Even though, these color variants are complete contrast to the black finish the edition is being promoted for, they will appropriately be designed in such a way that both colors sync with one another. Black will be the dominating color in these models.

On the inside, 7-inch diagonal touchscreen interface is integrated allowing passengers to easily control the temperature, music and driving modes. The 2017 GMC Terrain Nightfall edition is equipped with IntelliLink navigation system. The technology is found in GMC cars which allow one to easily find routes and stay connected. It also supports 4G LTE connectivity making it easier to enjoy high speed internet access and GPS functionalities on the go. A wifi hotspot feature in the car allows passengers to connect their personal devices like laptop, tablet and smartphones with ease.

The standard powertrain found in the base model is used in the Terrain Nightfall edition. It is powered by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine capable of delivering 182 horsepower and 172 lb feet of torque. For a performance upgrade, buyers can also opt for the model which has a 3.6-liter V6 engine. The model delivers an impressive 301 horsepower with 272 lb feet of torque.
